    How to make it

To make this pretzel cheese sauce recipe, begin by adding cream cheese and milk to a saucepan set over medium heat. Stir the cream cheese into the milk as it melts.

Once the cream cheese has completely melted, add the shredded cheese to the mixture and stir until it fully melts. Then add the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine.

Serve the pretzel cheese dip immediately with soft pretzel bites, hard pretzels, or toss it with roasted broccoli and carrots. This cheesy dip even works well for potato chips.

    Storing and Reheating Leftovers

This cheese dip recipe is perfect for making in advance because it will store well for up to one week when kept in an airtight container in your refrigerator, and it reheats easily. You can bring it back to temperature in a saucepan on the stovetop or by heating it in the microwave until warmed through.
