How to make it
To make this homemade Big Mac sliders recipe, first press your hamburger meat into a large patty on a rimmed sheet pan, a couple of inches wider and longer than the buns, to allow for shrinking. Season with salt and black pepper.
Prepare the Big Mac sauce while the patty bakes by whisking all of the Big Mac sauce ingredients together in a large bowl. Then set aside.
Place the baking sheet in a 375-degree oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the patty has almost fully cooked. Remove from the oven and place the patty on the bottom buns in a large baking dish. Top with the upper half of the buns, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place the sliders in the oven for 5 minutes to allow the buns to warm.
Take the sliders out of the oven and remove the upper buns. Top the hot patty with American cheese slices, chopped onion, dill pickle slices, and shredded lettuce. Generously brush the bottom of the upper buns with sauce, then place the upper buns over the sliders. Slice and serve immediately with potato chips or crispy French fries.

Storing and reheating leftovers
This recipe is best enjoyed fresh, as leftover Big Mac sliders don't reheat well as a whole. You will have to remove the patty and gently microwave it, then add it back onto your sliders. The texture of the buns will also suffer as it is refrigerated with sauce slathered on them.

- 2 teaspoons Yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon white wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Line a large rimmed baking dish with parchment paper and press the ground beef into a flat rectangle patty, at least 14x10" in size (it will shrink as it cooks). Season with salt and black pepper, then place it in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
