    Storing Leftovers

Smoked fish dip is a great appetizer to make in advance because it stores well in the refrigerator for up to one week, and the flavors will continue to meld overnight. Be sure to keep it in an airtight container to prevent the smoky smell from overpowering your fridge. Simply remove it from the fridge when you are ready to enjoy, and serve chilled.
