Cheesy Refried Bean Dip with SalsaThe in-laws are on their way, the ham is still frozen, your crispy roasted potatoes are still a figment of your imagination, oh, and you have nothing to tide everyone over with until dinner is thrown on the table, err... gracefully plated and served.  What are you going to do?  Luckily my Cheesy Refried Bean Dip with Salsa requires minimal ingredients and effort to prepare!  Your in-laws will be too busy nomming away on this hearty dip to even notice that you are re-gifting that sweater they bought you last year back to them!

This Cheesy Refried Bean Dip with Salsa is perfect to whip up for holiday gatherings when you are looking to add a little Mexican flare to your meal! None of the ingredients require a lot of fuss, so you can quickly make this appetizer and get back to preparing those delectably crispy roasted potatoes! As a matter of fact, the base of this dip uses a can of Rosarita Refried Beans, pre-shredded cheese, and jarred salsa!  You just pour together and combine!  The most effort you will exert is simply adding the fresh flavor of chopped cilantro and crisp bits of fresh chopped onion.

I love adding fresh produce like cilantro to these easy dips, it really adds a bright, fresh, flavor.  Plus the addition of chopped onion gives each bite great texture and crunch!

Rosarita at WalmartAll of the ingredients for this Cheesy Refried Bean Dip with Salsa can be found at your local Walmart.  When you are picking up your Rosarita Refried Beans, make sure to swing by the produce section as well for cilantro and onion!

Rosarita Refried BeansMy Cheesy Refried Bean Dip is packed with melted cheese, a tangy punch of salsa, the creaminess of Rosarita refried beans, as well as plenty of fresh chopped cilantro and onions!  This is a great tasting, hearty, dip that will be quickly devoured!  Be ready to make more!
