    Ingredients & Substitutions

    • Hard pretzels - Pretzel sticks, broken pretzel pieces or any shape of pretzel is fine to use.
    • Vegetable oil - You can substitute any neutral-tasting oil like canola oil.
    • Ranch seasoning - One ranch seasoning packet is three tablespoons of ranch seasoning.
    • Garlic powder - Garlic salt can be substituted, but then you will want to eliminate any additional salt to prevent the snack pretzels from being too salty.
    • Dried dill weed
    • Lemon pepper seasoning
    • Table salt - You may want to use more depending on the saltiness of the pretzels.
    • Optional - If you want spicy seasoned pretzels, add cayenne pepper. Onion powder is also a great addition to this easy recipe.

    How to make them

Begin making this seasoned pretzels recipe by preheating your oven to 275 degrees.

Mix together your dry seasonings in a dish and add the seasoning mixture to a large bowl with the pretzels and a cup of oil. Toss everything well until the pretzels are fully coated.

Spread the pretzels evenly on a large baking sheet in a single layer and place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Then remove and let cool to room temperature.

Serve the coated pretzels immediately with sour cream or honey mustard for dipping, or place in storage.
