My Jamaican Jerk Chicken Drumsticks recipe is sponsored by REVOL.  All opinions, as always, are my own.

Jamaican Jerk Chicken Drumsticks RecipeAggressive doses of green onion, sweet molasses, and fiery habanaro punch you in the taste buds with succulent each bite into these Jamaican Jerk Chicken Drumsticks! Jamaican food is renowned for its bold flavors, and this recipe is lathered in it.

I seem to have an insatiable attraction to spicy food. Ghost pepper hot sauce anyone? I have always been enamored by the complex flavors of Caribbean cuisine, in particular. The food isn’t just spiked with heat, but rather a whole host of seasonings that work in harmony with each other to make each bite memorable.

When I had the opportunity to review REVOL Porcelain I was excited to do so in conjunction with a recipe matching REVOL’s memorable design. Much like the bold seasoning that goes into these Jamaican Jerk Chicken Drumsticks, REVOL Porcelain incorporates aggressive designs into all of their cookware and serveware. The pieces are stunning really.

Jamaican Jerk Chicken Drumsticks RevolI have been using my new REVOL products for the past few weeks and you have probably noticed them making appearances in my photography lately, such as my Beer Battered Deep Fried Cheese Curds recipe. Their sleek, contemporary, designs really make for a striking table setting. I absolutely love using them.

Jamaican Jerk Chicken Drumsticks Revol Salt PotMore so than just the attractive design, these pieces are incredibly functional.  I was really surprised by how light my porcelain roasting pan was, when you are lifting a big bird in and out of the oven, that isn’t something to overlook. In addition, I found my appetizer platters aren’t just great table settings; they are freezer, microwave and oven safe so their uses are only limited by your imagination.

REVOL Porcelain is certainly a premium line of kitchenware. Don’t expect a bargain basement price tag, but you can rest assured the quality will match the price. This is a nine generation family run business making this cookware in France since 1768, it is safe to say they figured out how to do it right! You can expect to see me using my REVOL kitchenware in quite a few future posts.
