Do you have goosebumps yet? I know that was inspiring.
Easy Sloppy Joes
These Creamy Ranch Sloppy Joes are effortless to make from scratch, requiring only five simple ingredients for the meat mixture. The majority of the effort is simply browning the meat. You will have this meal on the table in 10 minutes or less.
How to Make Creamy Ranch Sloppy Joes
The key ingredients for this recipe are cream cheese and ranch seasoning packets. Ranch seasoning will provide the flavor, while cream cheese packs a pile of creaminess into each bite!
When testing this recipe I found 1 seasoning packet wasn't quite enough. My family agreed 1 ½ packets was the sweet spot. I also discovered it is best to turn off the heat and let the cream cheese gently melt into the meat. It stays creamier doing this. Finally, draining the fat from the pan not only makes for a healthier Sloppy Joe, but also allows the cream cheese to shine more.

I was hoping for a better result, but it wasn't what I expected. Was kinda dry and not much flavor.
