This Gnocchi with Vodka Sauce and Prosciutto begins with a simple base of crispy prosciutto, then fresh spinach is added to the pan, and finally the flavors are brought together with a Bertolli Vodka Sauce. Simple, elegant, fresh. It is the Tuscan way.

I used Bertolli Vodka Sauce as the base of this dish. The bright flavors of this premium sauce makes it the perfect starting point for a great family dinner that only utilizes 5 simple ingredients! I don't know about you, but I always want more simple and flavorful dinner recipes in my repertoire!

Gnocchi with Vodka Sauce and Prosciutto
Ingredients
- 2 lb Gnocchi
- 24 oz Bertolli Vodka Sauce
- 4 oz Prosciutto chopped
- 4 cups tightly packed fresh Spinach
- Freshly grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Place chopped prosciutto in saute pan on medium heat and cook till crisp, ~2 minutes.
- Add spinach to the pan and cook till wilted, stirring occasionally.
- Add vodka sauce and stir to combine. Cook till heated through.
- Add gnocchi to separate saucepan of salted and boiling water. Cook until it floats.
- Add gnocchi to vodka sauce and toss to combine.
- Serve on plates and top generously with freshly grated Parmesan.
