This incredibly easy fruit dip with Cool Whip is made with two simple ingredients, and is perfect for serving with your favorite fresh fruit!
If you are craving a sweet treat for a light dessert, or need a simple fruit dip for your next party, this Cool Whip fruit dip recipe is sure to be a huge hit.
Ingredients Needed
- Cool Whip
- Vanilla Instant Pudding Packet - You can substitute your favorite pudding flavor. Chocolate pudding would be a great honorable mention.
- Fresh fruit - I recommend any combination of fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, or apple slices. Alternatively, this tastes great with graham crackers or vanilla wafers too.
How to make it
- To make this simple two ingredient fruit dip, place your Cool Whip in a serving bowl and sprinkle in the package of instant pudding mix.
- Stir together until the mixture has fully incorporated. It will be gritty at first, so place it in the refrigerator to rest for two hours, or until it has a creamy texture.
- Serve with a fruit tray of your favorite fruits.
Tip: If you don't have time to wait for the fruit dip to rest, you can add up to a cup of milk to the pudding packet. This will dissolve the pudding mix in minutes, rather than hours.
Storing Leftovers
Leftover Cool Whip fruit dip should be placed in an airtight container and kept in your refrigerator for up to one week. This easy dip recipe is perfect for making ahead.
