I called the Sausage Support Center myself the other day to get some recipe ideas. These Easy Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps with Avocado were one of the recipes the gentleman tossed my way.
These wraps are bursting with crisp romaine lettuce, juicy grape tomatoes, crisp onion, as well as plenty of cheese, bacon, and creamy ranch dressing. However, the star of the show is the Johnsonville Flame Grilled Chicken that makes this recipe so simple. The chicken is not only already loaded with flavor, but it is also pre-cooked making it perfect for throwing together a quick lunch. Beyond these wraps, it would be the perfect addition to a quick salad, or sandwich.
Easy Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps with Avocado
- 9 oz package Johnsonville Flame Grilled Garlic and Herb Chicken Breasts (heated and sliced 1/4" thick)
- 1 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1 cup grape tomatoes (halved)
- 1 avocado (chopped)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4, 8" tortillas
- Combine all ingredients (except wraps) in a bowl and toss to combine.
- Add mixture to tortillas and roll shut.
- Serve immediately.
