This Spicy Honey Smoked Turkey Breast is lacquered in a delicious mixture of El Yucateco® hot sauce and honey, then placed in a smoker and cooked low and slow until every inch is infused with delicious smoky flavor!

As an adult I noticed summer brought with it an increasingly lighter tan. No more deep golden brown, my hectic life ensured my skin would be as white as my teeth. This summer, however, is different. The tan is back, and my schedule confirms I am making the most out of the warm sunshine.
Not only do I have a full summer of hiking planned, such as our trip to the Colorado Rockies tomorrow, but I’ve also been working my smoker overtime! Saturday I celebrated my birthday! Well, to be honest, I celebrated my half birthday. Who wants to celebrate a birthday in January? I invited some friends over for a BBQ and fired up this Spicy Honey Smoked Turkey Breast, slathered in a tantalizing mixture of honey and Black Label Reserve El Yucateco® hot sauce.

However, my favorite is the deep roasted flavor of Black Label Reserve; it is my secret weapon when I am looking to add depth to my dishes. It is carried by a variety of retailers, though I found mine at Walmart.

Bonus tip: If you use this Spicy Honey Smoked Turkey for sandwiches, I would combine a small amount of the hot sauce with mayo to create the perfect condiment to bring all of the flavors together.
Grab your own bottle of El Yucateco® and start your summer adventure! Whether you have a cookout, go camping, or head to the beach, bring along El Yucateco® and savor your summer.
