- 2 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
- ¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
This will be plenty for one rack of ribs. You should have some left over to apply additional seasoning during the cooking process if desired.
