Mix a thin batter in each dredging bowl.

Dredge your chicken tenders in flour then beer batter & then flour one more time.

Frying

Add two inches of frying oil to a tall-sided pan and heat

Add chicken strips to the frying oil & cook until golden brown.

Remove chicken from the oil and let drain on a wire rack

– Chicken breasts can be substituted for the tenders. Just slice into strips.
