- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- ½ cup buttermilk (substitute 2 tablespoons of cultured buttermilk powder for a thicker dressing)
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Whisk together mayo, sour cream, and buttermilk in a medium bowl. Then add fresh dill, parsley, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
The homemade dressing can be used immediately, but the flavor is best when allowed to meld for a few hours.
