- 5 cups plain popcorn pre-popped
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried dill weed chopped
- ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
- ¼ teaspoon ground mustard
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ⅓ teaspoon popcorn salt
Place popped popcorn in a large bowl.
Melt coconut oil in a small bowl, add vinegar along with all of the popcorn seasonings, and stir to combine.
Pour seasoning mixture over popcorn and toss to combine. Taste for salt and add more if desired, then serve immediately.
*5 cups of popcorn equal approximately one bag of microwave popcorn. You want to purchase plain popcorn without butter or salt added.
Store leftover popcorn in a resealable bag in a kitchen cabinet.
