Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Yukon gold potatoes chopped into 1" chunks
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a crockpot and stir together to coat the potatoes evenly with butter and seasonings.
  • Set crockpot on low and cook for at least 2 hours. However, they can be left to cook for up to 8 hours.

Notes

For your reference, the potatoes shown in my photos were cooked on low for 8 hours. However, they will be ready to enjoy far sooner if desired.
