These boldly flavored Doritos Nachos are loaded with Cool Ranch Doritos and your favorite nacho toppings.

  • 9 ounce bag Cool Ranch Doritos
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning typically 1 oz packets are used for 1 pound meat
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup guacamole
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 2 green onions chopped


  • Add ground beef to a large skillet and cook over medium high heat until well browned. Break it into small crumbles as it cooks.
  • Add taco seasoning to the ground beef and stir to combine.
  • Assemble nachos by pouring Doritos onto a large plate in an even layer, then top with ground beef, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, pico de gallo, and green onions.
  • Serve immediately.


All ingredients quantities can be adjusted to fit your tastes.
Tip: If desired, the Doritos can be warmed in the oven prior to assembling toppings.
