- 9 ounce bag Cool Ranch Doritos
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 packet Taco seasoning typically 1 oz packets are used for 1 pound meat
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup guacamole
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 2 green onions chopped
Add ground beef to a large skillet and cook over medium high heat until well browned. Break it into small crumbles as it cooks.
Add taco seasoning to the ground beef and stir to combine.
Assemble nachos by pouring Doritos onto a large plate in an even layer, then top with ground beef, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, pico de gallo, and green onions.
Serve immediately.
All ingredients quantities can be adjusted to fit your tastes.
Tip: If desired, the Doritos can be warmed in the oven prior to assembling toppings.
