Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Peel, seed, and dice the cucumbers, then place them in a large bowl, along with the remaining ingredients.
  • Mix well to combine, then serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or chips.

Notes

This dip can be made in advance, as the flavors will continue to meld overnight.
You can use grated cucumber rather than diced if you prefer.
