shredded iceberg lettuce

pepperoni

Genoa salami

Instructions
Chop pepperoni, salami, ham, cheese, tomatoes, and banana peppers into ½" pieces.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine.
Fill each hoagie roll with the sandwich mixture and serve immediately.
Notes
For the best texture, I like to lightly toast my sub rolls. However, this step is optional.
