Equipment

  • Baking dish
  • Large Bowl

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 4 ounces pepperoni
  • 4 ounces salami
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoncinis

Parmesan Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Slice the Hawaiian roll slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom buns in a baking dish. Stack pepperoni and salami onto each roll. Cover all the meat with mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoncinis. Place the upper slider bun over the top.
  • Prepare the garlic butter in a mixing bowl by whisking together the melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture generously over the top of the buns.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake 10 additional minutes, or until the tops are turning golden brown.
  • Remove the sliders from the oven, slice into individual servings and enjoy!

Notes

Doubling this recipe will fit perfectly in a 9x13" baking pan.

Rather than using the garlic butter mixture, you could instead paint the top of the buns with Italian dressing if desired.
