Ingredients

  • 2 cups chili
  • 10 ounces tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream

Optional Garnishes

  • ¼ cup chopped white onion
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Heat chili in the microwave until warmed through.
  • Spread tortilla chips on a rimmed baking sheet and bake in the oven for three minutes, or until the chips are warm.
  • Spread the chips in an even layer on a serving tray and top with chili, shredded cheese, sour cream, and garnishes. Serve immediately.
