- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ⅓ cup mayo
- 1 cup chopped green olives with pimentos
- 1 tablespoon brine from olive jar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Place the warmed cream cheese in mixing bowl and combine with mayo until smooth and no lumps can be seen.
Add chopped olives, olive brine, minced garlic, onion powder, and black pepper to the bowl and stir to combine.
Serve immediately with crackers, or place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
You will get approximately 1 cup of chopped green olives from a six-ounce olive jar.
Soften the cream cheese by unwrapping it and placing it in a microwave-safe bowl and then heating it until warm. It will not mix well if it is still chilled.
