Cinnamon Sugar Grilled Peaches and Ice Cream are the ultimate dessert for the grill.  Tender warm peaches soak of the flavor of the grill before being bathed in a cinnamon sugar butter and paired with creamy vanilla ice cream.

  • 4 fresh peaches (cut in half and pit removed)
  • 4 tbsp butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Ice cream for serving
  1. Place peaches cut side down on grill over medium heat.

  2. Grill until cooked through. If the face of the peaches are threatening to burn, flip them over and place further from the heat while they finish cooking.

  3. Remove peaches from the grill and top with a dollop of cinnamon sugar butter.

  4. Serve with vanilla ice cream
