Venison  | Frying Oil  Eggs | Milk Hot Sauce | Flour Baking Powder | Kosher Salt  Black Pepper | Baking Soda Parika | Garlic Powder Cayanne Pepper

STEPS

Set up a dredging station with eggs, milk, and hot sauce beaten together

Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and all seasonings in a separate bowl

Season venison with salt & pepper then dredge in the flour mixture to fully coat venison. Dip into the egg mixture then back into the flour mixture

Heat the oil to 325 degrees then add breaded venison Fry for approximately 4 mins per side Place fried venison on paper towels to drain Serve your crispy fried venison cutlets immediately
