Preheat oven to 400°
Crumble beef & add Worcestershire sauce & seasonings, then mix
Put beef mixture in a muffin pan until it forms a bowl.

Fill the bowls with the toppings of your choice, such as onion, bacon, and pickles. Then top with cheese.
Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Use ground beef between 80/20 to 90/10. The leaner the beef, the less it will shrink while cooking. 80/20 is typically best for burgers, but 85/15 is the sweet spot for these bowls.
