- 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ¾ cup Baby Dill Pickles (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Pickle Juice
- 4 ounces Buddig Beef (chopped)*
- ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
Soften the cream cheese by letting the unopened packet rest in hot water for 10 minutes. Then combine with sour cream in a mixing bowl, blending to ensure there are no lumps.
Add all remaining ingredients and combine.
Dip can be served immediately with crackers or set in the refrigerator to allow flavors to meld overnight.
*Deli ham can be substituted for the beef if desired.
