Copycat Chili Cheese Burrito

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups chili without beans (Canned chili is perfect)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Using a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chili in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, until hot.
Microwave each tortilla for 9 seconds, or until gently warmed.
Stir cheese into the hot chili and spoon into the flour tortillas. Fold the tortilla shut and serve immediately.
The chili and tortillas can also be warmed on the stovetop. Heat the chili in a saucepan, and the tortillas in a large skillet until warm.
Optionally, you can top the burritos with sour cream or add refried beans.
