Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • 6 ounce box stuffing mix (Such as Stove Top Stuffing)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup ketchup (divided)
  • ¾ cup beef broth
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup grated onion
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, dry stuffing mix, eggs, ½ cup ketchup, beef broth, parmesan cheese, grated onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to combine.
  • Place the meatloaf mixture in a bread loaf pan lined with aluminum foil. Press the mixture into an even loaf shape, then paint the remaining ½ cup of ketchup over the top of the loaf.
  • Place the meatloaf in the oven uncovered for one hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
  • Remove the meatloaf from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
