Meatloaf with Stuffing

- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 6 ounce box stuffing mix (Such as Stove Top Stuffing)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup ketchup (divided)
- ¾ cup beef broth
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup grated onion
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, dry stuffing mix, eggs, ½ cup ketchup, beef broth, parmesan cheese, grated onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to combine.
Place the meatloaf mixture in a bread loaf pan lined with aluminum foil. Press the mixture into an even loaf shape, then paint the remaining ½ cup of ketchup over the top of the loaf.
Place the meatloaf in the oven uncovered for one hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
