- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
- Salt
- 6 cobs sweet corn
Wrap corn on the cob in aluminum foil and grill till kernels are tender. Rotating as needed. ~20 minutes.
Let cool slightly.
Mix butter, garlic and Parmesan cheese in a bowl
Slather Parmesan garlic butter mixture liberally on corn then sprinkle salt to taste.
