  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 pinches kosher salt
  • fresh ground pepper


  • Add all ingredients to a skillet and cook on medium heat until cherry tomatoes are hot to the touch.
  • Remove tomatoes and pine nuts from skillet and continue cooking liquids until thickened into a syrup. 
  • Drizzle syrup on tomatoes and serve.
