Balsamic and Honey Skillet-Glazed Cherry Tomatoes
Balsamic and Honey Skillet-Glazed Cherry Tomatoes is the perfect side dish when you are craving something light, fast, and flavorful!
- 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 pinches kosher salt
- fresh ground pepper
Add all ingredients to a skillet and cook on medium heat until cherry tomatoes are hot to the touch.
Remove tomatoes and pine nuts from skillet and continue cooking liquids until thickened into a syrup.
Drizzle syrup on tomatoes and serve.
