- 1 bunch of asparagus, woody ends trimmed
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt
- Fresh ground pepper
Preheat oven to 475.
Toss asparagus in olive oil and seasoning.
Place on single layer in a jelly roll pan and roast for 15-20 minutes, turning once. Asparagus should be slightly charred but not burnt.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
