Dill Pickle Popcorn

This homemade dill pickle popcorn is coated in the tangy flavor of vinegar, dill, and seasonings! It is the perfect way to liven up movie night!

  • 5 cups plain popcorn pre-popped
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried dill weed chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ¼ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon popcorn salt


  • Place popped popcorn in a large bowl.
  • Melt coconut oil in a small bowl, add vinegar along with all of the popcorn seasonings, and stir to combine.
  • Pour seasoning mixture over popcorn and toss to combine. Taste for salt and add more if desired, then serve immediately.


*5 cups of popcorn equal approximately one bag of microwave popcorn. You want to purchase plain popcorn without butter or salt added.
Store leftover popcorn in a resealable bag in a kitchen cabinet.
