Vanilla Mocha Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 rounded tablespoon instant coffee grounds
  • ¼ cup sugar (see note)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Combine instant coffee and sugar with the boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  • Add vanilla and chocolate syrup and stir to incorporate.
  • Finally stir in milk and serve over ice cubes.

Notes

*Flavored coffee drinks purchased at coffee shops are very high in sugar, as this recipe reflects, however, feel free to use less sugar if desired.
