Dessert Quesadilla with SNICKERS® Crisper
This Dessert Quesadilla with SNICKERS® Crisper features a sugar glazed tortilla shell oozing with melted chunks of SNICKERS® Crisper, marshmallow cream, and warm caramel. Add a dollop of vanilla ice cream and you have the ultimate dessert!

Ingredients
- 4, 6" flour tortilla shells
- ~½ cup marshmallow fluff
- ~¼ cup caramel warmed
- 4 SNICKERS® Crisper Fun Size chopped or sliced
- ~¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter
For Serving
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
- Heat skillet to medium heat.
- Spread marshmallow fluff on half of each tortilla, and place 1 chopped SNICKERS® Crisper on each layer of marshmallow.
- Drizzle caramel over SNICKERS® Crisper and fold quesadilla shut.
- Butter exterior of quesadilla and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Place in the heated skillet and cook for ~1 minute per side, being careful not to burn the sugar.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
It is important not to burn the sugar or it will impart a strong burnt flavor to the shell. If you are cooking in batches wipe the skillet clean in-between each batch to prevent burnt sugar from getting onto the next batch.
You can also use a brulee torch to caramelize the sugar if you prefer.
