- 2 lb Gnocchi
- 24 oz Bertolli Vodka Sauce
- 4 oz Prosciutto chopped
- 4 cups tightly packed fresh Spinach
- Freshly grated Parmesan
Place chopped prosciutto in saute pan on medium heat and cook till crisp, ~2 minutes.
Add spinach to the pan and cook till wilted, stirring occasionally.
Add vodka sauce and stir to combine. Cook till heated through.
Add gnocchi to separate saucepan of salted and boiling water. Cook until it floats.
Add gnocchi to vodka sauce and toss to combine.
Serve on plates and top generously with freshly grated Parmesan.
