Gnocchi with Vodka Sauce and Prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Gnocchi
  • 24 oz Bertolli Vodka Sauce
  • 4 oz Prosciutto chopped
  • 4 cups tightly packed fresh Spinach
  • Freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions

  • Place chopped prosciutto in saute pan on medium heat and cook till crisp, ~2 minutes.
  • Add spinach to the pan and cook till wilted, stirring occasionally.
  • Add vodka sauce and stir to combine. Cook till heated through.
  • Add gnocchi to separate saucepan of salted and boiling water. Cook until it floats.
  • Add gnocchi to vodka sauce and toss to combine.
  • Serve on plates and top generously with freshly grated Parmesan.
