French Fry Seasoning
This robust French fry seasoning blend can easily be made in your own kitchen with dry herbs and seasonings that are pantry staples.
- 2 teaspoons table salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon celery powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Add all dry herbs and seasonings to a small bowl and mix to combine.
Sprinkle over French fries prior to baking in the oven, or immediately after cooking.
Any unused seasoning can be stored in a spice jar or an airtight container and kept in a cool dry place.
You can adjust the amount of salt used to fit your personal preference, then season fries to taste.
This can also be used as an all purpose seasoning for chicken, pork chops, and eggs.
