Green Olive Dip

This deliciously creamy green olive dip is loaded with briny chunks of chopped olives in every bite.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • cup mayo
  • 1 cup chopped green olives with pimentos
  • 1 tablespoon brine from olive jar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


  • Hearty crackers


  • Place the warmed cream cheese in mixing bowl and combine with mayo until smooth and no lumps can be seen.
  • Add chopped olives, olive brine, minced garlic, onion powder, and black pepper to the bowl and stir to combine.
  • Serve immediately with crackers, or place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.


You will get approximately 1 cup of chopped green olives from a six-ounce olive jar.
Soften the cream cheese by unwrapping it and placing it in a microwave-safe bowl and then heating it until warm. It will not mix well if it is still chilled.
