Asian Steak Marinade
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Chili paste
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed and peeled)
This marinade can easily accommodate two steaks. Scale the recipe up as needed.
