  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon A-1 Steak Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce (I recommend Frank's)
  • ¼ teaspoon celery powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly to combine.
  • Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.


The flavor is best when made in advance and allowed to meld in the refrigerator for at least a day.
