Bacon Horseradish Dip
Bacon horseradish dip is fully loaded with bold flavors. Smoky bits of bacon mingle with tangy blue cheese and prepared horseradish in this tangy appetizer.
- 8 ounces bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 4 ounces sour cream
- ⅓ cup blue cheese
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Fully cook bacon in a skillet set over medium heat on your stovetop.
While bacon cooks, soften the cream cheese by resting the package in a dish of hot water for ten minutes.
Blend together softened cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl until no lumps appear.
Mix in Worchestershire sauce, prepared horseradish, crumbled bacon, and blue cheese.
The dip can be served immediately, but the flavors will continue to develope if rested in the fridge for a few hours, or overnight.
This recipe can be made with or without blue cheese, depending on your taste preference.
