While beef is cooking heat your refried beans and lightly toast the flour tortillas in a separate skillet over medium high heat.

Assembly
Place flour tortillas on a baking sheet and spread ¼ cup of refried beans on each tortilla. Then top with approximately 2 tablespoons of taco meat.
Add corn tortilla to the pizza and sprinkle generously with ¼ cup of shredded cheese. Place pizzas in the oven for 3-5 minutes to allow cheese to melt and corn tortillas to heat through.
Remove from oven, add toppings of your choice and serve.

As written, this recipe should leave you with extra refried beans and taco meat. This gives you the flexibility to add more to each pizza if you prefer, or make additional pizzas.
