Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  • Brown chicken in a skillet over medium heat, breaking apart into crumbles as it cooks.
  • Add seasonings and BBQ sauce, mix to combine.
  • Serve on hamburger buns.

Notes

For even better texture, I recommend serving the sloppy Joe filling on a toasted bun.
