- 24 Hawaiian sweet rolls (King's Hawaiian brand)
- ¾ pound sliced deli ham
- ¾ pound deli counter sliced roast pork
- 10 slices Swiss cheese (approximately 7 oz)
- 24 sliced dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard (more or less to taste)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut buns in half to separate the top and bottom, keeping them attached to each other.
Place bottom of the buns on a large rimmed baking sheet and layer deli ham and roast pork slices on the buns, then top with cheese and pickles. Squirt yellow mustard evenly over the toppings to taste. Top with upper half of the buns.
Mix together the melted butter, Worcestershire, and Dijon to combine. Liberally paint the tops of the buns with the mixture and let it drip down the sides as well.
Cover the sliders with aluminum foil to trap heat and place in the oven for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Cut sliders into individual portions and serve.
Tip: This recipe can easily be cut in half for a smaller meal.
