Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¾ cup Baby Dill Pickles (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Pickle Juice
  • 4 ounces Buddig Beef (chopped)*
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder

Serving

  • Crackers

Instructions

  • Soften cream cheese by letting the unopened packet rest in hot water for 10 minutes and then mix with sour cream, blending to ensure there are no lumps.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and combine.
  • Dip can be served immediately with crackers or set in the refrigerator to allow flavors to meld overnight.

Notes

*Deli ham can be substituted for the beef if desired.
*You can use homemade refrigerator dill pickles as well.
Do not let this dairy-based dip sit out at room temperature for longer than two hours.
