Spice Rubbed Grilled Chicken Breasts
These spice rubbed grilled chicken breasts are generously seasoned with an exotic blend of spices that really come to life over the flames of a grill.
- 2 Chicken Breasts (boneless & skinless)
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Cumin
- Dash Cayenne Pepper
Rub chicken breasts with olive oil to evenly coat and dust lightly with salt on all sides.
Mix all remaining spices together in a dish and then sprinkle liberally over chicken breasts on all sides.
Place chicken breasts on the grill (medium heat for gas grill) directly over coals and cook on all sides, then place on the far side of the grill away from coal to finish cooking.
Chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
