Classic Egg Salad

Classic Egg Salad is simple to make and exceptionally flavorful. Serve it as a sandwich, or simply enjoy in a bowl.

Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs (hard boiled)
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • cup diced Celery
  • 2 tablespoons minced Onion
  • ¼ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a bowl, except eggs, and stir to combine.
  • Add eggs and briefly mash with a fork or potato masher until they are broken apart but still chunky.
  • Stir to combine and serve.
