Crock Pot Hawaiian Chicken Sandwiches
It is hard to find an easier meal than these Crock Pot Hawaiian Chicken Sandwiches which require only 4 ingredients and no prep work!
- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 20 oz bbq sauce
- 20 oz pineapple tidbits in a can, liquid drained
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 12 hamburger buns
Add chicken, bbq sauce, pineapple, and soy sauce to your crock pot and heat on high for 5 hours, or until easily shredded.
Shred chicken with a fork once tender.
Serve on hamburger buns.
This recipe can be cooked in your crock pot on high or low. If using low, plan on a few additional cooking hours.
