This cheesy Tex-Mex rice is as delicious as it is simple. With just four ingredients you have a quick, easy, and filling addition to your meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup White Rice
  • 2 Cups Swanson Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Pace Salsa
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Cook rice according to package instructions.
  • When rice is nearing completion add in salsa and let cook till slightly incorporated with lid off.
  • Stir in cheese and serve.

Notes

I didn't feel like this needed salt, but salt if needed.
