Garlic Butter Roasted Mushrooms
Garlic butter roasted mushrooms are coated in a luxurious garlic butter sauce while this effortless side dish roasts to perfection.
Servings: 4 servings
- 2 lbs Whole Mushrooms Baby Portobello or White are fine
- 1 stick of butter
- 8 cloves of Garlic minced
- Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Remove stems from mushrooms and set mushrooms on a baking sheet cap side down.
Place butter and garlic in microwave and cook till the butter is melted.
Spoon butter mixture into each mushroom and sprinkle with salt and fresh ground pepper.
Roast in oven for 30 minutes.
Mushrooms can be served immediately in a dish.
The butter does not need to stay in the cap for serving. Dumping all the mushrooms in a serving dish and letting them sit in the garlic butter is equally delicious.
